Young ladies can be notoriously fastidious about their diets. But what is a host to do when she wants to put on an informal but a culinarily exciting celebratory meal to honour her dear friend on her upcoming marriage, yet still appeal to these svelte, gazelle-like young women in impossibly high heels? Our client designed a Champagne cocktail reception followed by a small plates tasting luncheon that enticed even the most slender demoiselles. They happily finished every little bite on their plates!
